How returns work:

  • Was it our mistake?
    • No problem, we make mistakes. We apologize and we’ll fix it. Try to let us know as soon as possible.
  • Was it your mistake?
    • No problem, we all make mistakes. We’ll fix it. We might ask you to cover shipping. Try to let us know as soon as possible.
  • Was it UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. mistake?
    • That’s a headache. We’ll fix it and send it again if needed. We just ask if you receive two to send us back the extra.
  • Change your mind?
    • If you’ve been hanging onto this for over a few months and never installed it and want a refund, that will be a discussion. We’re a small business, but we get it, let’s talk.
